What happens after I pay?
You'll book your session on the very next screen. Your confirmation and onboarding survey arrive by email the same day.
Will you build the automations or tools for me?
We build your first workflow together during the session. Beyond that, building is outside this engagement. Your plan will tell you what's worth building or buying, and if it calls for development work, it will say so specifically.
What if the tools change right after we build my plan?
Some will; that's this space right now. Your plan is built on your use cases and priorities, so when a better tool appears, you'll know exactly where it fits.
How technical do I need to be?
If you're comfortable with everyday software, you're ready. This is about applying AI to your work, not programming.
Which AI tools will we use?
Whatever fits your work best. For the live build, a paid plan on Claude or ChatGPT (about $20 a month) is helpful. I'll confirm what you need after reading your survey.
What if I don't finish the survey on time?
We'll reschedule your session so we can use the full 90 minutes well. The survey is what makes your plan specific to you.
Is the session recorded?
Yes. You'll get the recording and a written summary within 48 hours.
What's the refund policy?
